The Kamite Collection Group: Order Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
• Orders typically require 14-20 days for production and shipping after placement.
• For urgent orders, customers must communicate their needs in advance. Please note, this may incur additional costs.
International Returns & Exchanges
• Customers are responsible for handling logistics for international exchanges.
• Exchanges will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected. International returns are not allowed.
Sizing & Measurements
• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or measurements provided by the customer.
• Kamite Collection Group is not responsible for changes in customers’ body measurements after the order is placed. Should adjustments be needed, the cost will be negotiated.
Adjustments & Alterations
• Minor adjustments to improve fit are complimentary but only for Nigerian based customers. International customers will have to cover cost of shipping for alterations to and fro.
• Significant alterations or design changes will incur an additional cost.
Bespoke & Measurement-Based Orders
• No returns or refunds are accepted for bespoke or custom measurement-based orders, especially when measurements are provided by the customer.
Refunds
• Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
• Adjustments or exchanges are offered as alternatives.
